• The BottleCru web app runs reliably on most modern browsers. If any issues are encountered, usually logging out and clearing the browser cache will fix the problem. (see tips below)
  • To clear cache on Safari, go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Data.
  • To clear cache on Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
  • To clear cache on Firefox, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear data.

• The Camera function may require you to adjust camera permissions settings. On Safari go to Settings > Camera > Safari and enable it.

• On the iPhone if you have a bookmark/shortcut to the app on your home page, this may cause cache clearing to not work. In this case, please try deleting that bookmark, re-launch the app, then re-create the bookmark.

• 1. Open Safari: Launch the Safari browser on your iPhone.
  2. Visit the Website: Go to www.BottleCru.com.
  3. Open the Share Menu: Tap the Share icon (a square with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Add to Home Screen: Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen from the menu.
  5. Name Your Icon: Edit the name if you’d like (e.g., “BottleCru”) and tap Add.
  6. Find It on Your Home Screen: The BottleCru icon will now appear on your home screen, just like an app.

2. Visit the Website: Go to www.BottleCru.com.
3. Open the Menu: Tap the three-dot menu (usually in the top-right corner).
4. Add to Home Screen: Select Add to Home Screen from the menu.
5. Name Your Icon: Edit the name if you’d like (e.g., “BottleCru”) and tap Add.
6. Place the Icon: Drag the icon to your preferred spot on your home screen or tap Add Automatically.
