BottleCru will review reasonable billing inquiries submitted in good faith. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting BottleCru support may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Wine products and vintages naturally vary over time.

All BottleCru content, branding, logos, graphics, software, style systems, and related materials are owned by BottleCru or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit BottleCru materials without prior written permission.

BottleCru may reference or link to third-party websites, wine retailers, publications, or external services.

BottleCru:

  • Does not control third-party services,
  • Is not responsible for third-party content or transactions,
  • Does not guarantee third-party pricing, inventory, or practices.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

  1. Limitation of Liability

BottleCru is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BottleCru and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

arising from use of the service.
