Flavors of tart fruit & pronounced toast & brioche. Dry on the palate & creamy flavors resulting from longer aging in the bottle and sometimes oak aging prior to bottling.

A blend (cuvée) usually containing Chardonnay & Pinot Noir & often Meunier.
Labeled "Blanc de Blancs" when made only from white grapes mostly Chardonnay & "Blanc de Noirs" when made only from red grapes mostly Pinot Noir.
