Platium colored core with lots of bubbles! Aromas of green apples & tart citrus & some yeast.

Lighter flavors of tart fruit and very dry on the palate with noticeable palate cleansing acidity & angular minerality & sometimes yeasty flavors resulting from longer aging in the bottle. Noticable lighter body.

Usually labeled Brut Naturale (Brut Zero), Brut Nature or Extra Brut and more acidic on the palate than Vibrant Eve™ style.

Often Labeled "Blanc de Blancs" when made only from white grapes usually only Chardonnay

Labeled "NV" for Non-Vintage when made from grapes of multiple vintages & Vintage labeled releases are often the most Racy in style.
