Pale to medium straw yellow with lots of bubbles!

Aromas of dense lemon with earthiness.

Flavors of ripe lemon, apple and earthy spice.

Mostly commonly dry "Brut" on palate but available sweeter as well.

Produced like quality Champagne but with native Spanish grapes and value priced. The Macabeo, Parellada and Xarello are the most popular and traditional grape varieties for producing cava.

Rosé Cavas are also produced using mostly the Trepat red-wine grape variety indigenous to northeastern Spain.
